Established in 2006, CDS is specialized in design and manufacturing of precision molded replaceable rubber tips used in the assembly and testing of Semiconductors / Electronics Industry.
The company based its headquater in Malaysia with subsidiary Sales Agent/Distributor in China, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Philippine & Europe. Our mission is to provide holistic solutions to its clients. This is to made possible through integrating product design , manufacturing, trade and technical consultation services.
Our rubber tips mark a new age in performance, quality and cost. Featuring a high precision diameter from 0.150 mm (6mils) with ID-0.08mm ( 3 mils ) , the products are proven to be reliable and economical solutions that combine the advantages of outstanding quality and performance, static dissipative, small wall size, leaving no dark mark on die, non sticky die effect and clean packing. In addition to our extensive range of standard rubber tips, we design and manufacture custom rubber tips according to dimensions, forms and sizes requested.
